SF6高压断路器状态监测与故障诊断方法研究

高压断路器对电力系统的可靠稳定运行至关重要。对高压断路器实施状态监测与故障诊断,可以有效的减少过早或不必要的停电试验和检修,减少维护工作量,降低维修费用,提高检修的针对性,可显著提高其运行的可靠性和经济性。

本文系统地介绍 高压断路器的类型、结构、性能和特点以及预防性试验方法、在线检测和状态监测方法;根据国际大电网组织13.06工作组和中国电力科学研究院对高压断路器的故障统计以及故障产生的原因,确定状态监测的内容。分析了断路器分合闸线圈电流电压波形、机械振动信号、开断电流信号、绝缘拉杆直流泄漏电流、灭弧室和控制箱内温升及 气体状态等监测信号与故障之间的对应关系,确定了用于故障诊断的特征信号;最后简要介绍人工神经网络与D-S证据理论信息融合技术的高压断路器故障诊断方法,并设计状态监测与故障诊断系统原理框图及故障诊断程序流程框图。

ABSTRACT

 

High-voltage circuit breaker on the power system reliability and stable operation is of essential, The implementation of High Voltage Circuit Breaker Condition Monitoring and Fault Diagnosis, can effectively reduce the likelihood of premature or unnecessary power tests and maintenance, and reduce the maintenance workload, lower maintenance costs and improve maintenance of the targeted, thus significantly improve the reliability of their operation and economy.

First of all, the paper introduced the typesstructurescharacteristics, preventive test methods and on-line condition monitoring and fault diagnosis technology of high-voltage circuit breaker; Secondly, according to the Working Group 13.06 of the large power grids in accordance with international organizations, and China Electric Power Research Institute which have the High Voltage Circuit Breaker Fault statistic and the analysis of its generating causes, the paper determined the content of online condition monitoring; Analyzed the opening and closing coil current waveforms of circuit breaker switch, mechanical vibration signal, the fault current signal, insulation rod DC leakage current, arc-quenching chamber and the temperature rise control inside the box. And the corresponding relationship between the state monitoring signal and the fault of  gas was also analyzed. Moreover, determined the characteristics of fault diagnosis signal. Finally, introduced the artificial neural networks and D-S evidence theory of information fusion fault diagnosis method of high voltage circuit breaker, and designed condition monitoring, fault diagnosis system block diagram and fault diagnosis program flow diagram.
