摘要本文介绍了国内电动葫芦的发展现状，同时介绍了可编程控制器的工作原理，选型依据。设计了一种基于PLC的电动葫芦，介绍了所选用的S7-200 PLC。根据设计要求对PLC的输入输出I/O进行了分配，并且编写系统运行的梯形图。介绍了TWH92组件的工作原理，并设计了遥控与控制电路，实现对电动葫芦的遥控改造，能够在50米之内对其进行遥控操作。关键词：电动葫芦，PLC，TWH92组件 Abstract This paper introduced the development present condition of the domestic electric hoist, and then given the working theory of PLC and its chosen criterion. Designed a kind of electric hoist. and also introduced the series PLC of S7-200. Based the designed requirement, we assigned the I/O of the PLC, and compiled the trapezium figure. Finally, we introduced the working theory of TWH92 groupware . and then designed the remote control circuit, to realizes electric hoist's remote control transformation, can carry on the remote control operation in 50 meters .
