摘要
本文介绍了国内药品包装机械的发展现状，以及存在问题，同时介绍了可编程控制器的工作原理，选型依据。设计了一种基于PLC的全自动药品包装机，详细介绍了所选用的西门子S7-200 PLC以及同类型的S7-300 S7-400PLC，根据设计要求对PLC的输入输出I/O进行了分配，并且编写系统运行的梯形图。介绍了用于计算药粒数量的光电传感器的工作原理，并设计了数粒电路，实现对药粒的自动灌装。当瓶口到达料口处时，下料管通过叶轮转动使药粒逐个落下，叶轮是通过直流伺服电机M1减速后转动。当落入药粒达到设定数N后，叶轮停止转动，直到随后的一个空瓶口对准下料口时，传送带停止转动，料口叶轮开始转动送料，以后重复此过程. 由西门子S7—200控制，光电传感器检测药粒下落数目，并且通过数码管实时显示，当下落了设定数目之后停止电机M1的转动。同时启动M2，带动传送带。药瓶定位也用一套光电传感器，当瓶子遮挡住红外光线时，传感器输出低电平。即当PLC相应输入口再次检测到低电平时候，停止M2，同时启动药粒计数和M1，开始新瓶子的灌装。

Abstract
This paper introduced the development present condition of the packing machine of leechdom , as well as existence question, and then given the working theory of PLC and its chosen criterion. Designed a kind of automatic packing machine of leechdom based PLC , In detail introduced selects SIMENS S7-200 PLC as well as similarS7-300 S7-400PLC, Based the designed requirement, we assigned the I/O of the PLC, and compiled the trapezium figure. Finally, introducing the working theory of photoelectricity sensor. and then designed the circuit, to realizes automatic packing. When the bottle mouth arrives the material mouth place, the yummy treats tube causes a medicine grain of one by one through the impeller rotation to fall, the impeller is decelerates after direct current servo electrical machinery M1 rotates. After falls the grain to achieve supposes N, the impeller stops rotating, when aims atthe yummy treats mouth until an afterwards spatial bottle mouth, theconveyer belt stops rotating, expects the mouth impeller to start torotate the feeding, later will duplicate this process By Simens S7 -200 controls, electro-optical sensor examination medicine grain of where abouts number, and through digital tube real time display, after where abouts hypothesis number stops electrical machinery M1 the rotation. Simultaneously starts M2, drives the conveyer belt. The medicine bottle localization also uses set of electro-opticals sensor,when the jar covers the infrared light, the sensor outputs the low level. Namely when PLC correspondingly loses the entrance examines low level time once more, stops M2, simultaneously starts the medicine grain to count with M1, starts the new jar to fill the attire.
