这篇论文描述了一种基于变频和脉动通风技术来实现煤矿推进面智能通风的控制系统。系统分析瓦斯受感器传来的瓦斯密度信号并分析此密度对煤矿推进面的影响。实际中我们通过控制通风机的旋转速度来实现煤矿推进面的智能通风。当瓦斯密度突然增加,系统会发出警报,这时通风机的旋转速度加快,这样一来瓦斯就很快被排放出去,这就保证的煤矿推进面的生产安全
This paper presents a ventilation intelligent control system of mining driving face based on frequencies change technique and pulsating ventilation technique.This system call analyse the gas concentration signal from the gas sensor and make a judgement to the environment of mining driving face.Control the rotate speed of the auxiliary fan in real—time.In order to realize the ventilation intelligent control of mining driving face.When the gas gushes instantly.The system gives out a sound—light alarm and the rotate speed of the auxiliary fan will be accelerated,so the gas concentration will be diluted immediately.The production safety of the mining driving face can be insured.
