摘要

随着汽车工业与电子工业的快速发展,在现代汽车上电子技术的应用越来越广泛。传统的机械传动式雨刮器正在逐渐被双电机独立驱动式所取代。双电机雨刮系统去掉了传统的机械传动机构,有机械噪音低,故障率低,电机的功率和体积小,没有安装角度及位置的限制,雨刮面积大等优点。本文介绍了国内外雨刮系统的发展现状,以及存在问题,同时介绍了可编程控制器的工作原理,选型依据。设计了一种基于PLC的雨刮控制器检测台,详细介绍了所选用的西门子S7-200 PLC以及同类型的S7-300 S7-400PLC,根据设计要求对PLC的输入输出I/O进行了分配,并且编写系统运行的梯形图。
