RFID标签用共面波导微带天线的设计
摘要:射频识别(RFID,Radio Frequency Identification Technique)技术是一项越来越重要的非接触式的自动识别技术。RFID 读写器与标签之间实现信息传递需要利用天线作为辐射或接收无线电波的装置,天线在 RFID 系统中起着重要作用。随着 RFID 技术的迅速成熟以及越来越广泛的应用,作为 RFID 系统的关键部件,RFID 天线的研究以及设计变得十分迫切。实际上,RFID 天线技术的发展对 RFID 技术的成熟以及广泛应用具有理论意义以及实用价值。本文重点研究 RFID 标签天线,RFID 标签天线需要具备体积小、有全向或半球覆盖的方向性等特性。
本文首先简要介绍了RFID的相关技术,说明了系统的工作原理以及分类。接着对天线的分析方法进行了简单介绍,对标签天线的分类以及在标签天线设计中碰到的问题进行了分析和讨论。文章用Ansoft HFSS 软件进行了仿真和分析,设计了一种全向共面波导馈电标签天线。通过仿真分析显示,该天线的峰值增益为5.ldBi,在回波损耗小于-1OdB情况下,天线相对工作带宽可以达到10%以上。共面波导微带天线为单一平面,结构简单,适合RFID的应用。

Design of CPW-fed Antenna for RFID Tags
ABSTRACT:Radio Frequency Identification Technique is a non-contact automatic identification technique, is becoming very important in various applications.In RFID technique, information transmission between the reader and tag is realized by employing the antenna as transmission and receive device, thus the antenna in the RFID system plays an important role. With the rapid development of RFID technology and, increasingly, a wide range of applications, the RFID antenna research and design have become very urgent. In fact, the development of RFID antenna technique has theoretical and practical value for the RFID technique development and applications. This paper mainly focuses on the RFID tag antenna, and the antenna should have small size, the omni-directional or directional hemispherical coverage and so on.
This paper briefly introduces RFID-related technologies, and describes the system works as well as classification. Then a brief introduction to the analysis of the antenna are analyzed and discussed the problems encountered on the classification of the tag antenna and tag antenna design. Ansoft HFSS software simulation and analysis, and design a full antenna to the coplanar waveguide-fed labels. Simulation analysis shows that the peak gain of the antenna 5.ldBi return loss is less than-1OdB situation, the antenna relative bandwidth can reach more than 10%. Microstrip antenna coplanar waveguide for a single plane, a simple structure suitable for the application of RFID.
