摘 要
可编程控制器(PLC)是一种以微处理器为核心,综合了计算机技术、自动控制技术和网络通信技术的通用工业控制装置。它具有使用方便、维护容易、可靠性好、性能价格比高等特点,广泛应用于工业控制的众多领域。
煤矿主通风机是煤矿生产的重要设备,通风机能否正常工作,直接影响煤矿的生产活动。因此对主通风机实现在线监控有很重要的意义。本文针对通风机的工作环境和运行特点,以PLC为主控设备,介绍了可编程序控制器(PLC)在煤矿通风系统中的应用;探讨了通风机实现自动控制系统的系统组成和设计;涉及硬件设备的选型与组态;编制了通风机实现自动控制梯形图;并简要介绍了PLC与其他智能装置及个人计算机联网,组成的监控系统。本系统提高了主通风机设备的自动化管理水平,有力地保证了主通风机设备的经济、可靠运行,为设备的管理和维修提供了可靠的科学依据。

ABSTRACT
Programmable Logic Controller is a kind of universal industrial control apparatus,which taking microprocessor as its core, integrating information technology,automation control technology,networking communication technology. It is applied in more and more industry control fields with the characteristics such as easy application, easy maintenance, well reliability, high performance-price ratio.
Primary ventilators are the most important instruments of the colliery.Their working state can directly influence the coal producing processs. Therefore, online monitoring of the main fan there is of much significance. this paper introduced the application of Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) in the coal mine ventilation system ; Discussed the system composition and the design of ventilator realization automatic control system ;Included selection and configureation of hardware; Established the LAD chart of the ventilator realization automatic control ; And briefly introduced the consisting of monitoring system , the system including PLC and other intelligent installments and the personal computer networking, This system raised the automatic management level of the main fanner equipments,guaranteeing the economy of the main fanner equipments circulate credibility. For the management of the equipments and maintained, this system can provide dependable scientific warranty.
