摘 要
近年来,随着市场经济的不断发展、现代物流系统的不断完善,食品冷藏链的产业化发展前景十分广阔。毫无疑问,冷库为我们的日常生活带来了方便。当今,国内大多数冷库的温度控制方法有待改进,自动化程度有待提高,因此对冷库的控制系统研究十分必要。
本文通过冷库控制系统框架图对冷库的控制系统进行了概述。系统主要由模糊温度控制系统和电路控制系统组成,其中模糊温度控制系统主要由模糊参数自整定PID控制器组成。模糊参数自整定PID控制器和电路控制系统都是通过PLC来实现。
在模糊温度控制系统中,针对冷库控制系统大滞后、大惯性、时变性的特点,而常规PID控制具有参数整定困难、无法克服超调而造成资源浪费的问题,本文提出了模糊PID参数自整定控制。在电路控制系统中,本文用最简单的PLC控制代替了老式的继电器控制,从而让整个控制系统得以稳定的操作和运行,进而实现无人操作的便捷。
由此可见,PLC在冷库系统中的应用具有很大的前景。

In recent years, with the continuous development of market economy and the continuous improvement of modern logistics system, the industrial development of food cold chain has a bright future. There is no doubt that cold storage has brought much convenience for us in our daily life. Presently, the temperature control method and the degree of automation both needs to be improved for the majority of domestic cold storage. Therefore, it is necessary for us to make a further study of the control system of cold storage.
In this paper, we have a brief description of the control system through the framework chart of the control system. The system is mainly composed of the fuzzy temperature control system and the circuit control system. And the fuzzy temperature control system is mainly composed of a fuzzy parameter self-tuning PID controller. Fuzzy parameter self-tuning PID controller and the circuit control system both are achieved by PLC.
In the fuzzy temperature control system, according to the characteristics of large time delay, inertia and parameter variety of cold storage refrigeration system, and conventional PID control has the problem that the parameters are difficult to adjust and the system is unable to overcome the overshoot which will cause the waste of resources, we put forward PID parameter-adaptive fuzzy control. In the circuit control system, we use simple PLC control instead of the old-fashioned relay, so as to ensure the stability of the entire control system and then make it easy for unmanned operation.
Therefore, it can be seen that the application of PLC has a great prospect in the cold storage system.
