本文主要介绍了 PLC在城市污水处理中的具体应用实例,系统介绍了城市污水处理工艺流程以及基于SIEMENS的S7—200 系列PLC的污水处理实施方案,介绍城市污水处理厂监控系统数据采集的方法。可编程控制器即PLC是综和了计算机技术、自动控制技术和通信技术的一种新型的、通用的自动控制装置。现在可编程控制器已经成为最重要、最可靠、应用场合最广泛的工业控制微型计算机。它具有功能强、可靠性高、使用灵活方便、易于编程以及适应工业环境等一系列优点。为了提高污水处理厂的运行管理水平, PLC也成为了该系统的重要组成单元之一,在该系统中各单元按一定拓扑结构互相连接构成污水处理厂的控制系统。结合某污水处理厂自动化控制系统的运行情况,介绍污水处理厂的设备组成、自动化控制方式和PLC各工作站的功能、网络构成在污水处理中的应用,总结自动化控制系统对提高生产效率、减少现场操作人员、提高安全性发挥的良好效果。
